Additionally, our programmes enhance brain function, increasing grey matter in areas linked to self-awareness, empathy, self-control, and attention. Chloe has over 10 years of working in the Health and Social Care Industry, working with children and adults with Mental Health Diagnosis's. Chloe is a licensed Mindfulness Meditation Coach, Mental Health First Aider, Pregnancy Mindfulness Teacher and is stepping into her Reiki Training this year.
